No. As long as your bin is empty and accessible from the driveway, we can complete the cleaning without you being home.

At this time we use customer-provided water through an outdoor spigot.
Please ensure a working water hookup is accessible from the driveway. -
Extra dirty bins can still be cleaned. In rare cases an additional cleaning fee may apply.
